All orders placed on kokorokatana.com are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends. Processing time is separate from the shipping time, meaning the total time to receive your order will be the processing time plus shipping time. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

If your package is seized by customs or refused due to import fees, it is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
